Przemysław Wencel Service Company has been operating for 25 years. Initially, it specialized in the production of building joinery, i.e., the production of doors and windows, as well as office and home furniture. For 19 years, it has been a manufacturer of mobile homes and year-round residential mobile wagons, as well as circus wagons. Wooden cottages are produced using a frame method from C24 structural wood combined with metal. In our homes, the roof, walls, and floor are 20 cm thick and insulated with natural, ecological wood fibers or mineral wool or Styrodur (the customer decides on the insulation). The exterior facade is covered with seam sheet metal or PVC panel. To protect against rain and wind, a membrane and vapor barrier foil were used. The interior facade of the house can be made of solid Scandinavian spruce paneling, very durable STRAMA PANELS, or vinyl cladding. The floor of the house is well insulated; the materials used have a very good thermal conductivity coefficient. The floor is covered with OSB board, and the decorative layer is industrial PVC carpet, wood-like panel, or vinyl panel. The inside of the house or wagon is equipped according to the customer's individual wishes, which also results in price diversity. Our products are equipped with all media, and the electrical installation is made in accordance with all standards. A terrace with a roof can also be added to any mobile home. A solid background in the form of 4 production halls equipped with a modern machine park and a qualified workforce allows us to ensure short order fulfillment times. Many years of production experience have resulted in putting solidity and quality of workmanship first, implementing non-standard projects at the request of customers from Poland and all over Europe.
